You become what your mind constantly dwells on.
When I say “힘들다, 힘들다, 힘들어죽겠다” then that starts to dictate over my life, and my days actually do feel 힘들어 even though I am given more than enough strength and hope to carry out my daily portions.
So i choose to dwell on better things, bigger dreams. I’m not 힘들어. I am 힘나! super 힘나 to claim hope and joy over my life.
